The Japanese invented MSG which now has 100k PEOPLE CENTENARIANS in Japan so i think it is best used in moderation and enjoy the food 😊

In the 1980’s my mother would use a product called “Accent” on the white label it literally said “flavor enhancer” that was MSG sold in supermarkets all over America.
